Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-05-15
Welcome to Neurons Lab. By using this site or buying a course, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to scare you off. If anything is unclear, email support@neurons.work.
Who runs Lab
Lab is part of the Neurons platform (neurons.work). References to “we”, “us”, and “Lab” mean Neurons in this document.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
- Your account is for your individual use. You may not share login credentials, pool access with a team or group, sell access to your account, or let another person use your account to avoid buying their own license. Sharing accounts to bypass payment is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being closed.
- You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a contract. We do not knowingly create accounts for users under 13.
What you get when you buy a course
- Lifetime access. Course purchases are one-time payments. You keep access for as long as Lab continues to operate.
- Fixes and improvements. If we ship corrections or improvements to a course you already bought, you get them at no extra cost.
- No subscription, no recurring billing. If you ever see a recurring charge from Lab, that is a mistake; tell us and we will reverse it.
Content ownership
- Paid course materials. Paid course materials include lesson text, prompts, explanations, screenshots, examples, code samples, LiveCode snippets, static demo source, bonus reference pages, and capstone materials. You may use them for your own learning and your own projects. You may not publish, mirror, scrape, upload, sell, share, or otherwise redistribute substantial portions of the paid course materials.
- Code samples. This course teaches code, so the license boundary is practical: you may use techniques, patterns, and small adapted snippets from the course in your own work. You may not publish the course's lesson files, reference implementations, or paid example source as a competing tutorial, repository, dataset, or course dump.
- Your work (anything you write in LiveCode editors, your capstone submission, your own project) is yours. Submitting it to us does not transfer ownership.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to break into other accounts, the database, or the underlying infrastructure.
- Scrape, mirror, or repackage the course content.
- Submit content to capstone or any field that is illegal, infringing, or designed to harm others.
We can close abusive accounts
If we detect credential sharing, scraping, mirroring, redistribution, or attempts to bypass access controls, we may suspend or close the account, revoke course access, remove showcase eligibility, and refuse future purchases. We may use account-specific access markers, logs, and watermarks to investigate abuse.
No warranty
Lab is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to make it useful and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from bugs. Course content reflects current best practices when written; framework ecosystems change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Lab is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. If a change materially restricts your rights, we will tell you by email.
